Originally from Newburgh, NY, Nick Boyea brings a passion for teaching and years of instructional experience to Fincastle as our Director of Instruction. He began his career as an assistant professional with the Raleigh Golf Association and most recently served as the lead director of the Operation 36 Golf Academy at the Pete Dye River Course of Virginia Tech.

Nick’s teaching philosophy is rooted in simplicity—he focuses on helping students understand the core fundamentals and builds their swing around sound mechanics, using structured programs to shape a winning golf game. He is a member of the Stack & Tilt swing network and was honored as a Top 50 Instructor within the Operation 36 Academy.

Nick works with players of all ages and skill levels, offering private lessons, group instruction, clinics, and academies that address every aspect of the game. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your game to the next level, Nick is here to help you play your best.
